About Joe

I'm not here to sell you a system.
I'm here to help you fix what's broken.

I'm Joe McAdam. I'm based in Pittsburgh, and I've spent most of my working life in operations and sales — watching good businesses slowly fall apart because they grew faster than their processes did.

Not because the owner wasn't working hard. Usually the opposite.

The problem I kept seeing was the same one: everything was in someone's head, in someone's inbox, or on someone's to-do list. Nothing was built to run without them. So when things got busy, things got missed. When things got missed, money left.

I started building systems to fix that — simple ones, things that actually work in the real world — and eventually turned that into the work I do now.

Most of the time, the issue isn't that you need more. It's that what you have isn't connected or visible enough to be useful.

My approach is simple: identify the real gap, build a system that closes it, test it, and hand it off. No layers of tools you'll never use. No dependency on me once we're done.
